HP CORSE at the Dakar: competing in 2025 and already set for 2026 with Team Kove Italia

HP CORSE has taken on the ultimate challenge of off-road motorsport by competing in the Dakar 2025 as the official supplier of Team Kove Italia, with riders Cesare Zacchetti and Ottavio Missoni. The commitment continues with great enthusiasm: HP CORSE will also line up at the Dakar 2026, once again alongside Kove Italia, confirming a strong partnership focused on top-level performance.

To take on the rally raid par excellence, HP CORSE has transformed the concept of adventure into a new high-tech product line, featuring cutting-edge structural quality and avant-garde aesthetics. Making its debut on the Kove 450 is the SP-2 TITANIUM, the ultimate Rally exhaust.

Uncompromising design and ergonomics
Conical end caps with ribs (instead of smooth surfaces), an outlet nozzle created through a refined mechanical forming process with no visible welds, and an oval titanium canister with 400 mm ribs define a functional, race-inspired aesthetic. The double-reinforced titanium mounting bracket ensures maximum reliability in all conditions.

The intentionally short mid-pipe increases overall system rigidity, guarantees optimal positioning, and delivers a flawless final look. The aerodynamic design of the conical end caps, combined with the precision of the mechanical joints, results in a 39% weight reduction compared to the stock exhaust.

Hand-crafted TIG welds, carried out by highly skilled technicians, further raise the standard, making the SP-2 a true masterpiece of craftsmanship.
